By accessing or using The Vancouver List ("the Site"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

You must be at least 18 years of age to access or use this Site. By using the Site, you represent and warrant that you are 18 or older. We reserve the right to terminate accounts of users found to be under 18.

The Vancouver List is an advertising and directory platform. We do not provide, arrange, or facilitate any services listed by providers. All listings are submitted independently by registered providers. We are not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or nature of any listing content.

Users and providers may not post content that:

• Involves minors in any way
• Promotes human trafficking or exploitation
• Is fraudulent, misleading, or impersonates another person
• Violates any applicable Canadian federal or provincial law
• Contains personal information of third parties without consent

Violations will result in immediate removal and may be reported to law enforcement.

Providers are solely responsible for the content of their listings and for ensuring their activities comply with all applicable laws. Listing on this Site does not constitute legal advice or endorsement of any activity.

The Site is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or availability of the Site at any time.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Vancouver List and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
